鞍鋼是我國最早生產耐(nai)候(hou)鋼(gang)的單位之一,鞍鋼耐候鋼工業試制生產的情況如下。
工業試驗的主要工藝特點為冶煉上進行鋼質純凈化及 Nb、Ti 微合金化(為保證良好的焊接接頭性能,精煉階段執行嚴格的合金化和脫氧順序管理),軋制上實行分階段控制溫度軋制。為適應設備現狀,不同的強度級別在實際成分上略有差別。鞍鋼各級別的耐候鋼實際力學性能水平如下表。
